The Performance Accelerator is a joint initiative of Social Finance, the Steinberg Institute, and Healthy Brains Global Initiative (HBGI). The Knowledge Center resources — covering everything from building a theory of change to strengthening contracts to engaging your Board of Supervisors — were developed with county behavioral health staff in mind, though system partners, providers, and advocates are welcome here too.

You can ask this navigator questions like: How do I select performance metrics for a new program that links to the BHSA population health goals? What does my county need to get started with outcomes-based contracting? How should my Behavioral Health Board engage with our county’s performance data?

A few things this chatbot cannot help with: questions summarizing specific DHCS policy guidance, clinical advice, or case-specific questions, and anything involving personal health information.
